Top Attractions in Siam Water Park, Tenerife

Tower of Power

Siam Park Tenerife

At Siam Park Tenerife, I first experienced the thrill of the Tower of Power. This giant water slide stands 28 meters tall and reaches speeds of up to 80 km/h.

As I slid down, I felt an adrenaline rush like no other, only to find myself speeding through a transparent tunnel surrounded by sharks and rays in the aquarium below.

The Dragon

Another incredible attraction is The Dragon, a truly unique ride. Seated in a circular raft, I was sent down a funnel and experienced the sensation of zero gravity before spinning and plunging into a splashdown pool.

It’s a fantastic mix of excitement and adrenaline that left me wanting more.

Mai Thai River

If relaxation is what you seek, the Mai Thai River is perfect. As I floated along the 1,800-meter-long lazy river, which happens to be the longest in the world, I encountered beautiful waterfalls, cascading fountains, and lush tropical landscapes.

Siam Park and Loro Parque Combination

During my visit to Tenerife, I had the opportunity to experience both Siam Park and Loro Parque with a combined ticket. This ticket allowed me to explore two of Tenerife‘s best attractions while saving money and time.

Siam Park, a water park with a Siamese theme, is located in the south of Tenerife near popular resorts such as Costa Adeje, Los Cristianos, Las Americas, and Fañabe.

Loro Parque, a zoo and marine park, is situated in the north of the island near Puerto de la Cruz. The parks are approximately an hour apart by car.

Siam Park has been claimed to be the most spectacular water attraction in Europe. With a diverse range of water rides, slides, and pools to choose from, I found it challenging to decide where to start.

The park’s expansive layout constantly surprised me with its lush, tropical scenery and elaborate Siamese-themed design.

Loro Parque, on the other hand, offers a variety of animal exhibits, shows, and attractions. From the incredible dolphin and sea lion performances to the fascinating penguin habitat, I was amazed by the park’s commitment to conservation and animal care.

In addition to marine life, Loro Parque is home to a plethora of bird species, making their colourful avian displays another can’t-miss attraction.

To make the most of my trip, I took advantage of the free bus service available for visitors to Siam Park. The first departure from CC El Duque was at 9:55 AM, and then buses left every 30 minutes until 12:55 PM.
