About Me
Hi, I’m Valieriy Slysarenko, and I work at Eden Catamaran as the Head of Marketing and Product Experience.
My goal with the “Attractions Tenerife” website is to give concise information about the activities available in the island, so our customers, or anybody else surfing the web can get an idea of what’s on the island.
In other words, I want to give you a “place-to-start”, so can scan through all the main activities of the island, and if there is one that catches your attention, you can click on the official website and get more detailed information.
Also, as I mentioned on the home page, the companies cited on this website – other than Eden Catamaran – are not related to us and we don’t get any remuneration for giving them publicity.

A word on planning in advance…
There are some times when you don’t do any planning and everything turns our superb-magnificent in the last moment and you end up having the best time of your life!… Yeap, I can recall myself a few memories like that.
However, if your are coming to Tenerife, let’s say for just 6 days, and you are not even sure when is the next time you will ever come here.. I wouldn’t leave things to luck.
For example, some customers often decide to buy tickets for our whale watching tours after the arrive to Tenerife, and they get carried away and book it for the last day on the trip. Fortunately we have good weather in Tenerife, but sometimes, the sea gets choppy and we have to cancel the trip, and those who booked for the last day have no other chance to do the trip! Of course, they get a refund, but it’s sad to see customers (particularly children) who were excited to see whales and then their face turns dissapointed when we tell them that the trip has been cancel.
Mi advice is to plan in advance as much as possible. It’s hard to go on holidays these days so if you come to Tenerife, get to know your options. If you want to do an activity that relies on the weather – like a boat trip - my suggestion is to book it online before arriving to destination, and schedule it for the first or second day in Tenerife, so if the weather gets bad, you at least have a few more days to reschedule the things you really want to do.
